We’re looking for a game-changing social media creator, assistant and B2B marketer who is part data-nerd, part organisation-Ninja and part-geek-for-all-things-culture.

Your role is vital in helping Crush achieve its commercial and strategic ambitions. With high levels of professionalism and an unflappable approach, you’ll support the MD, as well as help write and implement Crush’s marketing and social media plans. You’ll work closely with the MD on not only the marketing, PR and new business verticals, but also on other aspects of the business, in turn giving you an invaluable insight into how Crush is run. This is an exciting position for someone who is interested in growing their role and accelerating their career. No task will be too small and no idea will be too ambitious.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day handling of Crush’s social media channels (with a focus on Linked in, Tik Tok and Instagram)
• Create and deliver relevant content across different platforms in line with Crush’s Marketing strategy
• Identify improvements for how the Crush social media workflow is managed, such as the introduction of scheduling tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Identify opportunities for enhancing Crush’s online relationships with its roster of brands and talent by collating and sharing real time insights
• Manage and facilitate Crush’s online communities by responding to social media posts and messages
• Analyse competitor activity and provide regular updates to the Head of Growth
• Understand the significance of Crush’s 3R framework and help the MD to drive these values both internally and externally
• Promote Crush as an employer, industry voice and contributor
• Monitor and report on performance of social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights, presenting to the MD and Head of Growth on a regular basis
• Provide the Crush MD with comprehensive support to ensure his output in all areas of the business is maximised
• Assist the MD with scheduling meetings and responding to both his requests in a timely manner
• Coordinate the MD’s client and talent meetings in line with his priorities, organising travel to and from external meetings when necessary
• Maintain a keen eye for detail whilst preparing for meetings, note taking, proof reading and carrying out research for the MD
• Provide support to the MD across special projects and his varied and ever-changing responsibilities, wherever required
• During busy times and when the need arises, act as a polite and helpful gatekeeper to the MD
• Provide the MD with regular reports and task lists, helping him to manage his workload within Crush’s online project management system
• Input contact details and help maintain the company’s CRM, ensuring any new contacts of the MD’s are captured on a regular basis
• Support MD in the briefing and management of agency/freelance providers

Person specification

• Strong experience gained either for an influencer / social media agency or an artist/music management company
• At least 1 year of experience as a Marketing or Business Development Executive, or as an Agency Assistant
• Knowledge of and experience with Linked in B2B content and creative marketing practices
• Passion for and understanding of the evolving digital landscape and social media trends
• Have strong and demonstrable experience with social media content creation, utilising practical knowledge and creative skills
• The ability to draw on strong instinct, judgement and experience within a similar role or company
• Knowledge and experience of working with Google suite and MS Office
• Be at ease dealing directly with demanding clients, rights holders and talent reps, navigating the various associated dynamics with confidence and conviction
• Have a fierce loyalty and appetite for shared success – be a fan of the process and not just the rewards
• Have an unflappable, highly organised and autonomous approach, from day one
• Have a passion for music, entertainment, sport and lifestyle trends – all the things we care about
