We are currently looking for a high-impact Senior Account Director with a passion for delivering transformative business results for brands through Talent, Culture, Influencer and Creator marketing who can step into the businesses and make a positive and lasting impact from day one. 

The Crush Senior Account Director will be responsible for nurturing and growing Crush’s key accounts and wider category opportunities with a specific focus on a recently renewed roster relationship.

Responsibilities

General

  • Working with the product management lead, wider leadership team and account management team to drive excellence in strategy, planning, and client management
  • Utilising your in-depth industry knowledge to identify and generate new business opportunities for Crush services autonomously 
  • Advocating for Crush and the Crush philosophy of delivering transformative business results through the people, places and things we all love 

Leadership

  • Championing excellence and ambitious growth by leveraging Crush capabilities, experience, expertise, and personal networks
  • Leading the client services team to ensure that exceptional service delivery is matched with intuitive client relationship management, creating optimum growth conditions

Strategic

  • Overseeing existing client business at a broad level, nurturing high-level relationships as well as identifying and developing new relationships. 
  • Growing revenue within FMCG, specifically Beauty and Personal care categories
  • Providing leadership and vision to define the strategic direction for our existing accounts

Commercial

  • Engaging with procurement and client buyers on client contracts, and scopes of work ensuring all contractual commitments are being delivered against
  • Using systems to proactively manage and nurture a high volume of qualified opportunities through a combination of CRM management, outreach, and sales. 
  • Tracking and managing an agreed set of KPIs to ensure commercial targets are met 
  • Capitalising on existing connections to develop new growth opportunities
  • Nurturing a growing database of brand contacts from which to foster regular creative and commercial opportunities

Person specification

To be successful within this role, you must have:

  • Proven track record of delivering sustainable growth and success as a Senior Account Director with multiple brands within either a media partner or a fast-paced creative agency 
  • Strong understanding of media and advertising industries, with practical experience of digital-first, cross-channel campaigns
  • Must have exceptional knowledge across brand and performance disciplines and an understanding of how Talent and Culture activation can be applied to both
  • Experience in working on key flagship accounts alongside the ability to flex down and support teams in running smaller growth account opportunities
  • Strong experience in running and delivering pitches
  • Build and develop relationships with senior stakeholders within global organisations
  • Possess a strong business acumen, and a natural ability to solve problems 
  • Be a true advocate for Crush, using a genuine passion as part of your methodology
  • Have a desire to add value to a business and its bottom line through developing uber-relevant, creative ideas rooted in culture
  • Exceptional leadership skills and ability to skilfully delegate and focus on the activities which deliver maximum business impact
  • Demonstrates sound instincts and judgement in ‘doing the right thing’
  • Have a passion for music, entertainment, sport and lifestyle trends – all the things we care about
