Job Details
We are currently looking for an Account Executive with a year or more experience, ideally from within an influencer or social media agency. As the day-to-day contact for talent management, clients and other key stakeholders, you will play an integral role in the success of Crush’s biggest and most influential accounts. With an energetic, pro-active and professional approach, you will assist the delivery of projects and campaigns by managing deadlines, logistics, communications and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain flawless administration across several live and upcoming projects at any one time, including maintaining a detailed overview and understanding of project timings and deliverables
- Assist the wider Client Services team with project planning across all live and upcoming projects, ensuring milestones are accurately noted within Asana
- Act as a conduit between the different accounts and projects across the board, ensuring all internal stakeholders are kept well informed of all vital information whenever necessary
- Attend meetings and make notes, distributing to the relevant stakeholders, as well as assigning tasks to internal team members in a timely manner
- Be on hand to field enquiries from clients, acting as a support to the senior members of the Client Services team where and when necessary
- Create flawless client presentations, paying close attention to both the design and the content
- Collate, interpret and derive insight from brand assets and materials such as research and consumer data to help strengthen proposals
- Help the Senior Account Director and Account Managers to identify relevant commercial opportunities within the existing client roster
- Assist with the end-to-end process of each campaign from ideation stage through to approval and final delivery, whilst ensuring the team meet all project delivery milestones
- Oversee the logistics of campaign delivery, including, where necessary, the organisation of transport, merchandise and competition prizes
- Be responsible for talent and media agency liaison
- Set and manage talent expectations, including overseeing talent obligations and tightly managing timelines
- Assist with the planning and execution of photo shoots and productions, ensuring all deliverables are captured in line with client expectations
- Compile PCA and raw metrics, insight and research for proposed and delivered projects, including aligning with the Ops team on KPIs in accordance with the Crush impact framework
- Ensure key documents and assets are properly saved on DropBox
- Anticipate the needs of the wider Crush team and proactively offer effective solutions wherever possible
Person specification
- At least one year of experience gained within an agency setting that ideally specialises in social media or influencer/ambassador marketing
- Passion for and understanding of the evolving digital landscape, trends and consumer behaviours
- Experience managing urgent requests from multiple stakeholders, knowing when to act and when to escalate
- Knowledge and experience of working with creative asset and various specs and file formats
- Strong understanding of media and advertising industries, with practical experience of digital-first, cross-channel campaigns
- Be at ease dealing directly with demanding clients, rights holders and talent reps, navigating the various associated dynamics and knowing how to prioritise with a calm and clear head
- Have an unflappable, highly organised and autonomous approach, from day one
