
In yet-another effort to become the full-service plug-and-play platform for culture, TikTok has launched a new feature called ‘The Talent Manager Portal’, which will allow talent managers to negotiate brand deals for their clients through the platform. This initial version is still largely quant-based and similar to media ‘trading’ rather than supporting the cultural curation, which sees brands really winning in the space. It will, however, help less ‘connected’ brands access another tier of Influencer and Creator talent more easily.
